A true haven of peace, nestled in a setting of calm and greenery, Roquefort les pins is located in the immediate vicinity of the magnificent village of Valbonne 5 minutes, approximately 35 minutes from the star city of Cannes, 15 minutes from the beaches of Cagnes sur mer and Villeneuve Loubert, 35 minutes from Nice.

The house faces south and benefits from a magnificent new swimming pool with Bali tiles measuring 10m x 5 m and a spacious terrace for relaxing in the sun. Ping pong table and hiking bikes available. The living spaces have HIGH CEILINGS of 3m20, PARQUET FLOORS, large terraces which are very pleasant to live in. The villa has a beautiful, bright and sunny terrace outside with a large swimming pool, 4 sun loungers, and a large Balinese bed, an outdoor space for dinner or lunch. the villa is completely closed and secured by a large electric gate.
