With a large balcony right on the sea (about 50 m.) And surrounded by a beautiful garden full of olive trees, rosemary and helichrys rent apartment, equipped with all comforts, on the first floor of a well-kept villa. Green is the dominant color both outside and inside. Adjacent to the balcony a living room of about 40 square meters. let the scent of the sea enter the house through its large French doors. Kitchenette with additional adjoining balcony. 2 bedrooms, one double, very spacious and with a beautiful view of the sea and the other with 2 single beds.(in case 1 more bed in the living room). .Bathroom with shower + hot outside shower. Air conditioning, mosquito nets also on the French doors.

PRICES ARE FOR X 4 PERSONS, € 35 per night for an extra person
At the departure the apartment must be left in order. No trash, no dirty dishes or pots. The refrigerator should be left empty.

The house is located right in the center of the Lungomare, at equal distance from San Giovanni di Sinis on the left and the Natural Oasis of Seu on the right, reachable on foot from the house in about 15 minutes.
Both the walk towards San Giovanni, through the dunes, and that towards Seu along a small path along the beach, offer extraordinary scenery.
Going towards San Giovanni it will surprise you to come across the so called "Ballroom", a space set among the rocks where the young people of the nearby village of Cabras once used to organize their graduation parties and which in reality was a ancient Roman quarry.
Towards Seu instead, where the wheat fields studded with red poppies, at the beginning of summer almost touch the water of the sea, following a small dirt road you can enter among the perfumes of the flowers and plants of the Oasis where the time has really stopped.

Siamo stati benissimo. La casa é accogliente, la vista meravigliosa. Permette di essere al mare in meno di 5 minuti e fare stupende passeggiate lungo la costa.
Francesca e Paolo sono molto premurosi e attenti che ci si senta bene. Speriamo tornarci l'anno prossimo. Già ci manca!
