Step outside and you will find a covered terrace, a terrace with barbecue and garden furniture and a private heated pool (12 x 5 metres). There is also a shower, sink and WC in the outdoor area. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, a bakery is 500 m away and other grocery shops about 1 km away. Caphan is an area north of Saint Martin de Crau, on the road to Maussane les Alpilles (5 km). Market on Friday.
