Lovely large double room with an additional futon sofa bed. Located on the second floor, view of the park. The bathroom is available just next door. There are 2 bathrooms to be shared between 2 double rooms and 4 single rooms. A seating area with a TV, a desk and a shared bathroom are available in this room. The unit has 1 double bed and 1 futon, also tea, coffee, sugar and milk available in the room.
Regency House is a small, independent, boutique hotel accommodating tourists, business people and academics. It is housed in two beautiful, five storey Victorian buildings side by side and located in Cambridge city centre. Built in 1850, the hotel has the charming characteristics of a typical Victorian townhouse, with high ceilings and sash windows. There are 16 stylish rooms and apartments split over five levels; most have a view of the historical 25-acre Parker’s Piece, and two have balconies.
Just a five-minute walk from the bus station and fewer than ten minutes from the train station.
In 2015, the hotel underwent a full refurbishment with a contemporary colour scheme designed by Farrow and Ball. The house has been transformed with new bathrooms, carpets, furniture and fittings. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and is complimentary. Every room has a flat screen TV, DAB radio, comfortable mattresses with duck and down feather duvets and pillows.
Regency House may not be suitable for guests with disabilities or mobility issues due to the rooms being spread out over five floors. Regency House does not have a night porter to assist guests; guests must be able to evacuate themselves in an emergency. There are no vibrating pads or visual alarms at this property to alert guests with disabilities in the event of fire.

La chambre que nous avons occupé n’est pas aussi lumineuse que sur la photo. L’hôtel est relativement proche du centre-ville et d’un grand parc. Les chambres ainsi que les salle de bains et toilettes étaient propres, le personnel sympathique

Centrally located, clean, compact (if your from the US and are accustomed to more space). VRBO did not have the check in information.

Helle Wohnung mit gemütlicher Küche, direkt gegenüber von einem großen Park und in Gehweite zur Innenstadt. Am Wochenende war der Pub in der direkten Nachbarschaft etwas zu hören.
