Discover the tranquillity of Carcès on this enchanting holiday surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. This truly unique property offers a peaceful place to enjoy your holiday in France. The ground floor has a fully glazed living room with stunning panoramic views of the surrounding vineyards as well as a second living room with air conditioning, making it a lovely cool retreat in the warmer summer months. Access to the first floor and garden level is via a quirky wooden spiral staircase. Upstairs, the attic bedroom 2 welcomes you with a double bed and an additional single bed suitable for a child. An outdoor terrace with pizza oven and garden furniture offers views of the extensive 7-hectare property. A small private pool, 4 x 3 metres, with a flat bottom, is equipped with an alarm system for your peace of mind. Due to the rural location, access to the property is via a stony, unpaved road that is unsuitable for low cars or sports cars. The house is about 3.5 km from the village of Carcès where you will find all the local shops and amenities. You can walk to the Caramy waterfalls, visit the heart of the village and its castle, go mountain biking from the house, go hiking, cycling, visit the wine cellars, go fishing on Lake Carcès ... Immerse yourself in the tranquillity of this rural paradise, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Please note that the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Wonderful quiet setting with beautiful views over the vines to the hills beyond. We really enjoyed our time here. One word of caution; the final approach to the property is rough so make sure your vehicle has adequate ground clearance.

Wir hatten eine wunderbar entspannte Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus mitten in der Natur. Besonders gefallen haben uns der große Garten und der Wintergarten mit Blick auf die Weinreben – einfach traumhaft. Für die Kinder war der Pool ein echtes Highlight. Das Haus ist ideal, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und die Umgebung zu genießen. Perfekt für eine erholsame Auszeit!
