We would be delighted to welcome you to the Doux Verger, in a rural area, just 3.2 km from the sea and the first beaches of the Emerald Coast (Saint Lunaire, Dinard, Saint Briac sur mer, Lancieux, Saint Malo) .
Mont Saint Michel is 60 kilometers away.
The Gîte offers 43 m² of comfort, as well as a large 40m2 terrace and a fully enclosed and sunny private garden.
For a pleasant stay at the Doux Verger cottage in France:
The double bed in the bedroom has a quality mattress (160 cm and dating from 2019).
The living room and the bedroom are on one level, they open directly onto the terrace and the garden, with a garden furniture, a barbecue and deckchairs.
The Gîte was completely refurbished in 2016 and includes:
- A living room with an equipped American kitchen:
- A convertible sofa for 2 people
- A flat screen TV
- Free Wifi Internet
- Washing machine
- Oven, microwave and induction hob.
- A large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed
- A bathroom with a shower cabin
- A large terrace
- An enclosed garden
- A private parking space
Possibility of cleaning at end of stay on prior request.
The cottage is adjoining but not overlooked, its private, fully enclosed garden and its terrace are for your exclusive use. (away from prying eyes).

Le gîte est très fonctionnel pour 2 personnes, à l’arrière de la propriété, donc calme. Les animaux sont bienvenus (nous avons 2 grands chiens de 40 kg). Seul bémol, les ballades sur place. La route n’a pas de bas côté juste des fossés.
