House comfortable, tastefully decorated, large terrace with garden, recent construction, in the heart of Le Touquet.
This villa has 4 bedrooms with double beds (possibility 5 bedrooms, loft bedroom with access by ladder). MAXIMUM CAPACITY 10 PEOPLE. Our tenants are required to respect the rules of good neighborhood and the rules of the condominium (no noise after 22 hours, no tents in the garden, use of parking spaces within the residence). The villa must be returned in a decent state of cleanliness (emptied bins, free breakfast, clean house "acceptable") even if you take the cleaning option at the end of the stay. Decreasing rates according to the duration (for stay of more than 28 days: to consult with the owner). The rental price does not include bed linen and towels or cleaning at the end of the stay.
The option bed linen and towels is 25 € per room, cleaning at the end of the stay is 120 €; options to book before the stay.
We do not provide towels for the pool. Animals are accepted under certain conditions: to do with the owner.
Charge for animals: 10 € per night and per animal.
Animals are strictly forbidden in the pool for the sake of hygiene and safety for our animal friends.

We would definitely go back. It was in a very good location, the pool was very good. Kitchen was good and well equipped. The blackout on some bedrooms could have been better with more blinds etc. One bedroom was on the (very spacious) balcony which meant it would be difficult to sleep if people ...
