By staying in the Clarisses 5, a comfortable apartment, you can taste the pleasures of Liège life.
The apartment
Relatively quiet and well equipped (renovated in 2013), it is composed of a spacious and bright living room with lounge area and kitchen area. A staircase of a few steps provides access to the bedroom with double bed and the bathroom with shower and WC. Without forgetting the terrace, ideal for enjoying the sunny days!
The accommodation has a good wifi connection.
Access
Located on the first floor, you can access it by stairs or elevator.
The neighborhood
In addition to its comfort appreciated by our previous tenants, the location of Clarisses 5 is perfect because you are right in the city center. Rue des Clarisses is full of good restaurants that we recommend you try! In 5 minutes on foot you are at Place Cathédrale which is in the center of the shopping streets, the city's best restaurants and cinemas. It is also halfway between the Royal Opera and the Théâtre de Liège. A gym is also available in the area.
Transportation
You will be able to access the accommodation:
By train : there are three stations in Liège (Liège-Guillemins, Liège-Carre and Liège-Saint-Lambert), the best known is that of Guillemins (located 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bus)
By bus : the urban network is very well supplied and the nearest stop (200m) is served by a large number of lines
By car : rue Saint-Rémy is reserved for residents of the street, but it is possible to park on the streets
neighbors (paid parking), or in neighboring car parks (Saint-Paul, Cathedral, Charles Magnette).

Long stay cleaning fees
For reservations over 6 months, an additional fee of €60 is required for end-of-stay cleaning services .
