Beautiful independent attic apartment, facing south facing the sea, about 60 square meters, located on the slope of La Cala del Moral, Serramar area, it is a quiet place, it has a beautiful terrace with impressive sunsets and sunrises.

The kitchen is furnished with washing machine, oven ,microwave refrigerator, hob, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The attic has independent entrance. Animals are not permitted Wifi available free Distance is 900m. from the beach and the promenade of the town. It has parking inside the house. In the lower part of the house you can enjoy a swimming pool, (ask owners) Change of sheets and towels every week. All exterior with wonderful sea views from the terrace, about 10 m2. It is located on the east coast, Axarquia, only 12 km from Malaga capital, buses are available every 20-25 minutes to the center of the city of Malaga. Only 5 minutes from the Rincon de la Victoria town and shopping centers, 20 minutes from beautiful white villages in the axarquia. Other places of interest such as Granada, (120Km) Cordoba (140Km and Sevilla (240Km) The lower part of the house is inhabited by two nice people
