Ideal for Couples requiring a tranquil child free zone, This is one of two recently refurbished modern and luxurious Apartments with spacious open plan Living area with Luxury fully fitted Kitchen with French door leading to private decking area overlooking the garden where you can relax over breakfast or watch the sunset with a glass of wine .
Off the living area is a good sized bedroom with superking size double bed. There is more than adequate wardrobe space and drawers and there is a luxurious en-suite shower room.
All fresh towels and bed linen is supplied together with shampoo, shower gel etc. The living area contains a two seater sofa and a chair Modern High Level Dining Table and four stools.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob unit, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Microwave Oven, Coffee Machine etc. There is no room for a drier but we have two driers in the house which guests can use on request.
There is flat screen TV and DVD in each room.
The Apartments both have full central heating and are suitable for both summer and winter occupation.
Each apartment has it's own private entrance.
House & grounds
The Annex is attached to the owners house and Leslie is happy to impart his local knowledge and advise on the best places to visit and local restaurants etc. If required Leslie is happy to take guests on day trips around the local area if they wish to take a rest from driving.
Location & surroundings
We also provide free transfers to and from the local Airport and Bus and Train Stations.

The flat was kitted out so well, including butter and breakfast food that made the start of our visit so easy. Les is a wonderful host and goes above and beyond to help. The area is beautiful; it’s a short walk to the beach, the town or the hairy coos!

Had a lovelyl stay in this Nairn apartment. The location couldn’t be better! Everything needed was an easy walk - from the beach to local shops and restaurants, which made getting around effortless. The host was kind, responsive, and attentive throughout the stay. A wonderful experience!

The host was welcoming and had provided some items for breakfast, which was kind of him. The property is well located for everything in Nairn, however it was not the cleanest. The shower is especially in need of a deep clean, as is the rest of the bathroom and kitchen, and furniture and furnishings are dated.
