The Blue House is immersed in the green hills of Monferrato where the magic of colours surrounds the infinite vineyards with the Alps on the horizon. Made with care and passion respecting traditional architectures and materials, according to the principles of energy saving and eco-sustainability: Photovoltaic system for the production of electricity and Geothermal system for heating, cooling and production of domestic hot water.
We have a large and comfortable accommodation, rooms with attention to detail furnished in a simple and refined way equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, independent heating, private bathroom, hairdryer, TV, wi-fi, kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, oven microwave, safe, dishwasher ..., Available to customers large terrace with beautiful views of the hills, well-kept garden, new private heated indoor swimming pool with removable cover, barbecue, private parking, equipped playground. Free use of 2 adult bicycles, washing machine and wi-fi available. The new swimming pool is private, the cover of the new swimming pool keeps the water warm. The cover can be opened completely or in part, allowing you to swim even when the wind is outside, it is cloudy ....
The Massetti Mirco and Laura family with their three children Alice, Ginevra and Samuele live on the upper floor of the villa and are pleased to welcome you to their cosy Blue House located in Montaldo Scarampi in the province of Asti, in the heart of Monferrato, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, in strategic position starting point of different itineraries: from a walk among palaces, towers and medieval streets to a trip to rediscover the typical products of Langhe, Monferrato and Roero or even to an excursion through the woods and vineyards perhaps on horseback to a stop in the various local wineries for tasting their fine wines.

If you like to relax this is the place to be. Nice flat and very nice pool. The only disadvantage is that one room has no window.
Very buitifull location and very silent. As mentioned a very good place to relax.

We had a lovely stay at La Casa Blu. The pool and house were great. It is in a perfect location to explore the wonderful Piedmont region with its picturesque towns and vineyards. And Laura and Mirco were great hosts and very helpful.
