The balcony can be closed by a glass curtain during the winter or put aside when it's warm, it has a round table and chairs.

Air conditioning (hot and cold) in the living room / fan in the master bedroom / shutters on all doors and windows.

In the complex: 2 swimming pools and large terrace and nice shaded seating area - patio.
An extra sofa bed available for 5 people. All very modern.

- 10 min. to Almoradi (Saturday market) and Ciudad Quesada / las Salinas the healthy salt lakes
- on the N332 road from Guardamar to Alicante you can see the flamingo
- 25 min by bike - 10 min by car to the beautiful sandy beach of Guardamar del Segura or 20 min by car: La Marina or cosy Santa Pola
-20 min. by car to Torrevieja with seafront promenade and good shops and Habaneras shopping centre/or in the north to La Mata beach
-south of the town you find the fancy/large/modern La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre
-10 min south of la Zenia is the Mar Menor with its healthy free mud treatment
-30 min. to Murcia and Elche with its many 300. 000 palm trees!
-Alicante 30 min in the car
