Vollständig eingerichtete Küche, grosszügiger Wohnraum, Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit.
Wohnung liegt im obersten Stockwerk (ohne Lift).
Gute Busverbindung ins Zentrum (Bushaltestelle Linie 11 direkt vor dem Haus).
Wald und Park ganz in der Nähe.

Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe und Rückgabe.

Das Lavabo und die Dusche im Bad haben ein grosses Problem:
Es kommt kaum kaltes Wasser, dafür aber extrem heisses. Wenn man mischt, stellt der Zufluss fast ab.
Beim WC ist die Kette für die Spülung erst in 2 Metern Höhe erreichbar. Kleine Personen und Kinder können gar nicht spülen oder brauchen ei...

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung, gut eingerichtet, sauber und geräumig, mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer.
Bushaltestelle 1 Minute vorm Haus, Bus Nr. 11 kommt alle 7 Minuten, Fahrt in die Innenstadt dauert ca. 15. Minuten.
