The Villa living area extends to 290m2 with 3 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. There is extensive 2,000m2 landscaped gardens. From almost every part of the villa you have the most spectacular and best uninterrupted panoramic Lake views across the lake extending from Siofok to Tihany. There are many activities and amenities in the town of Balatonfured where the villa is located including the only water park & close by an 18 hole championship golf course at the lake. In addition there are water sports, tennis, a beach, endless cycle tracks (bike hire). Dining out is a pleasure with an endless supply of great restaurants all nearby. Several just a short walk from the Villa located in Vine yards with lake views. Just leave the car at home, take the short walk to the restaurants and cafes and enjoy the high quality local food, wine and Palinka on offer. For the more adventurous try Hot Air Ballooning, caves and an underground lake set in a labyrinth of caves within a 20-30 kilometres raduis. The options are endless.

KITCHEN: Open plan fully equipped kitchen with upgraded granite worktops and the usual appliances, fridge freezer, separate drinks fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and an Nespresso coffee maker. Double doors exit to the rear of the villa to a covered wooden decking area with a Grill type BBQ.
WOODEN DECKING AREA directly off the kitchen with teak dining table and chairs for 10 guests overlooks the private back garden with fruit trees and superb views of the lake.
JET EXERCISE OUTDOOR HEATED SWIMMING POOL, is located in the private rear garden for your exclusive use. This has the latest technology from Hydropool (Jet Pool), equipped with Water Jets it delivers an adjustable surface current of water to swim comfortably into (endless swimming). It also comes with 2 Jacuzzi places & is Great fun and safe for kids. Jets are also for massage and you have the option of switching off the jets to splash around and have fun and cool off on the hot days.

INTERIOR DINING AREA: Dining Table with seating for up to 8 guests.
RECREATION/ GAMES ROOM: Relax and entertain the family in the 28m2 Recreation/Games Room equipped with a full size 9ft slate bed professional Pool Table, Dart Board, Bar, Fridge, sitting area with sofa, coffee table. Flat screen TV with Satellite TV sports channels.
LAUNDRY ROOM: c/w washing machine and tumble drier. GARDEN: The gardens are mainly set in lawns, fruit trees and vines. The garden area extends to 2,000m2.
PARKING: There is a covered car port and plenty of off street parking for up to 6 cars. There are two driveways with automatic electric entry gates.
CLEANING: Cleaning is included and for longer stays a once weekly maid service with change of bedding and towels is also included.
VIEWS: Beautiful views extend across the Lake to Tihany, Siofok and beyond.
NEARBY AND RESTAURANTS: This is a wine growing area and there are Vine yards in and around the town. There are many Vine Yards within a short walk from the Villa, they offer wine tasting & some have very nice top quality reasonably priced restaurants with great views of the lake, offering very good Hungarian/International cuisine. Other traditional restaurants are as close as 200 metres from the Villa. The nearest supermarket and cafe are 200 metres away.
LOCAL AMENITIES: there are many supermarkets nearby including a mega Tesco, 2xAldes, 2x SPAR & many smaller CBA’s. The only Water park at the lake is in the town. The water park is less than 2 kms away with large car park and is fully serviced with every amenity, slides, flumes pools, restaurants and cafes. At the nearby Lake front Promenade you have more restaurants, pubs, cocktail bars, beach areas, marinas, cafes, shops, boutiques, supermarkets, bank, pharmacy, 24 hour doctor clinic. The beach is clean and safe for children to run around and the lake is shallow and great for swimming and splashing around or hiring Kayaks, sailing/electric boats & lots more. The water is waist high for about 125 meters.
BOAT STATION: For a great day-out take a Boat Trip from the local Boat station close to the villa. They offer scheduled regular boat services to various locations around the lake.
