Close to birdwatching, cycling and more, this family-friendly villa brings it all within reach.
Jump into your car and make short work of the 7-minute drive to Piazzale Michelangelo or the 8-minute drive to Arno River (and enjoy the property's convenient covered on-site parking in the meantime). Relax in the garden or sip a drink on the deck or patio of this 1722-sq-ft villa, which also offers a BBQ. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the Wi-Fi, cable/satellite TV and DVD player. As you settle into this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, a dining area, a fireplace and air conditioning.
Bathroom amenities include a hairdryer, a bidet and towels.
Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop and a fridge, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle and a microwave.
And because there's access to laundry facilities, you can go a bit lighter on your packing.

Really lovely property with beautiful surroundings and views. Close to local amenities and not far from Florence. The home was well equipped and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. David provided lots of helpful information - many thanks for letting us stay.

This was everything that it promised! The property is amazing. David was a great host and having his sister right next door was a godsend. She was very helpful with tips of places to go and ideas of how to get there. She even helped us order a taxi one morning. We had a fantastic time! It is definitely worth the visit!
