Two-storey house, on the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, a bedroom with a 1.50 x 1.90 double bed, two bedrooms with two 0.90 x 1.90 single beds, and a complete bathroom with shower. .
On the upper floor there is a suite-type bedroom with a 1.50 x 1.90 double bed and a full bathroom, another bedroom with two 0.90 x 1.90 single beds and a large 30-square-meter solarium terrace.
All rooms have their individual inverter system air conditioning machine (cold air or hot air for winter).
Next to the pool we find the barbecue with an auxiliary gas kitchen and a large table with its chairs under an excellent natural shade. · At 1500 meters. we find the beach of fine sand. • At 500 meters. from the house there is an equestrian center. · At 800 meters. there is a shopping center with all kinds of shops and supermarkets. · At 2500 meters. a sports complex where you can practice tennis, fronton, swimming and any other sporting activity. • 1.5 km.
In the breakwaters of the Cubelles coast you can go fishing with a rod and there are all kinds of restaurants. • The nearby town of Vilanova i la Geltrú 8 kms.
Designated Nautical Station where you can enjoy all kinds of nautical activities, visit the famous railway museums, the romantic house Can Papiol or Masia Cabanyes. • 10 km.
