"l'Appartements des Artistes no.2" in Pezenas is located in a 250 year old historically protected building in the very centre of a vibrant, rich, village in the heart of Southern France. "L’Appartement des Artistes no. 2" is a two bedroom apartment that sleeps four people in comfort and style.
This is an ideal location for those who dream of not only visiting southern France..but experiencing it completely. It all started with these wonderful apartments in the heart of this vibrant French village. After a day of exploring the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France, it’s nice to know that there is a beautiful, comfortable apartment that awaits you.
Sit in the Salon/Cuisine and enjoy local delicacies you’ve discovered over a bottle of local wine before dinner.
The French have perfected the art of living well, and this apartment has been outfitted to help you achieve this with ease. The cuisine is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
There is even a clothes washing machine at your disposal in the apartment.
Many of these amenities are not part of most rentals in this area. "L’Appartement Des Artistes no. 2" has two bedrooms.
The Master bedroom can be made up as a king sized bed, or two singles.

Seasonal festivals, celebrations and a huge Saturday market take place year-round in Pézenas and it’s neighbouring villages.
Located in the middle of the largest wine growing region in all of France, and less than a half hour drive from the Mediterranean beaches.
Simple pleasures are abound. With so many things to see and do in the Languedoc-Roussilon, Pézenas is ideally situated.

From start to finish, our stay in this apartment was perfect. David and Holly are super communicative and the apartment is very spacious and has everything you need in it. We were in walking distance of all of Pezenas. I would highly recommend staying at this property!

Perfect location in this beautiful French town! Walk out the door and find bakery, butcher shop, fresh fruits and vegetables, within steps of the apartment! Also multiple excellent restaurants within 50 metres! The Saturday market is outstanding, again within a few metres from your door!
