Palazzolo is a farmhouse surrounded by farm vineyards and part of a farm of about 490 acres.
It has a private and fenced swimming pool 6x12m in size (i.e. 20x39 feet; the pool is quite deep spanning from about 5 foots to more than 6.5 foots) and a private garden, with a beautiful view on Chiana Valley and Mt. Cetona and on Città della Pieve.
Palazzolo is a self-catering unit suitable for families or groups of max. 10-12 people + 2-3 babies willing to combine a relaxing holiday in the countryside with the chance to visit places with archaeological, artistic and natural beauties in Tuscany, Umbria and Latium.
Our house can be used as a starting point for daytrips to Florence, Rome, Siena, Cortona, Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Chianti, and the Trasimeno Lake area as well as other beautiful destinations (i.e. Mount Amiata). The house combines the comfort of a villa with the rural location of an old farm-house and provides you with plenty of space to live in. The swimming pool is generally open from the first week of June to the last week of September.

What an amazing property! I would highly recommend this as a base to explore the local area . Tucked away privately with everything you would need. The property is immaculately clean and extremely well equipped . The hosts are beyond helpful and the swimming pool is just an added bonus . Plenty of space for more than one family to share . Amazing ! We will definitely be returning . Thank you .

Sistemazione davvero magnifica, anche per un gruppo numeroso come il nostro, di ben 13 persone, il comfort è stato eccezionale in tutto. Zona living comoda sia nell'area relax, sia nell'area pranzo. Dotazioni della cucina davvero complete.Le camere calde ed i materassi comodi. Bello e godibile l'est...
