Small house completely renovated, surrounded by an enclosed garden with swimming pool shared only with the owners.
Enjoys a privileged location 2 minutes from the heart of the village in a quiet environment with shops nearby: bakery, butcher, pharmacy. A very friendly market takes place twice a week (Wednesday and Sunday) on the village square. The restaurants will allow you to discover the local gastronomy.
Halfway between Aude and Hérault, you will be able to appreciate our pretty region rich in activities (ballad, excursions, bicycle, canoe), in history and in wine landscapes.

• 25 min from the beaches
• 20 min from Béziers and Narbonne by car
• 17 km from Béziers airport
It is also possible to get to Béziers by bus (duration 30 min).
Comfortable cottage with a fitted kitchen on the ground floor: dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine. A living room with dining area, television and separate toilet.

We had a great stay with this nice family. Capestang is a small village and it is a good starting point for trips in the area.
The house and pool are very nice and we enjoyed it very much.
Perhaps a small point of interest is a comfortable couch inside or lounge set outside.
Design furniture is nice but not always that comfortable.
