Small house completely renovated, ideal for couples (possibility of a young child); comprising an equipped kitchen with sitting area and television, a bedroom, a bathroom and a shower room.

A private parking space. The house is located in a quiet dead end about 300 meters from downtown shops. The harbor and the beaches (sand and flat rocks) are nearby (10 to 15 minutes on foot). At each arrival a mattress protector and a clean duvet cover are available. Attention, towels and sheets are not provided.
In case of forgetfulness, this service is billed. No WIFI at home. Provide upon arrival, a certificate of insurance for the desired period.
As well as a deposit check of 350 €.
