A child-friendly and practically furnished 4.5-room apartment on the first floor with a quiet southwest-facing location. A large living-dining room with a cozy wood-burning stove and a small west-facing balcony forms the heart of the apartment. A small, well-equipped separate kitchen—complete with a Nespresso coffee machine—makes it easy to cook for even large groups of guests. In the three bedrooms—freshly decorated in bright colors and some of which are on the smaller side (children’s rooms)—you’ll find plenty of space to store clothes and make yourself comfortable. A practical walk-in closet and a separate bathroom and toilet make it easy for multiple guests to share the space.
In the building, Chesa Cuntainta, you’ll also find a ski and bicycle storage room as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer for shared use by all tenants. A parking space in the garage of the neighboring Hotel Giardino Mountain is available to you.
Chesa Cuntainta is located in the Üerts development, near the village center in a traffic-calmed area. Cross-country ski trails, hiking and biking paths, as well as a bus stop, restaurant, children’s playground, sports shop, and grocery store can be found in the village, all within a 2–5 minute walk. A wide range of additional summer and winter sports activities for ages 1–99 are easily accessible by public transportation or car in just a few minutes. Bus service runs at least every half hour to all valley stations of the Upper Engadine mountain railways.
Optional additional costs:
Washing machine/dryer use: 2 CHF per wash/dry cycle
You may also bring your own bed linens and towels. If you wish to do so, please let us know so we can refund the fees (18/10 euros).
