- DAMAGE DEPOSIT: It will be used in cases of damage to the house and extra cleaning.
- The kitchen must be left clean and tidy, if you use the barbecue you have to clean it, leave the refrigerator empty and throw the garbage in the containers of the urbanization.
- Please note: During periods of strong winds and rain, water may enter through some areas of the Lumon glass terrace because, by definition, installations of this type are not 100% watertight. It's not a serious problem, but we feel obligated to inform travelers.

Our 2nd stay at this property and even better than before. We've not re-booked yet, but we're sure to return. The facilities are 1st class, and the balcony provides a perfect space for relation and contemplation, the best place to do absolutely nothing but enjoy the fantastic views out to sea. That feeling will sustain us for some time to come.
