This beautiful Villa is located in its own walled grounds, with a large, private Pool and Orchard. (Please note: this is the only large, private villa with its own private pool located within a 7 walk of the centre of Marmaris) The property offers a Concierge, available daily, on a complimentary basis, to assist personally with any bookings, trips & outings and also to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. The owner offers a complimentary trip on his private yacht if he is available during your holiday.

The location, named Camdibi Mahallesi ('area of the pine trees') is a quiet, residential area of Marmaris at the foot of the pine covered mountains. The Villa and grounds have been extensively refurbished and are graced by grape bearing vines, bougainvillea, oleander, hibiscus, roses, jasmin, honeysuckle, banana, mandarin, fig, new world fruit, olive, almond, lemon & yucca trees and Egyptian palms. From May to October guests are welcome to help themselves to the fresh fruit from our Orchard.

The property is entered through wrought iron gates, with coach lamps which automatically provide ambient lighting between 7pm & 2am each evening. There is a stunning, large Pool ideal for all ages, providing wheelchair accessibility, with a gently stepped entrance and poolside shower facilities.
Balconied bedrooms and a large, al fresco dining terrace with barbeque overlook the pool and enable supervision of any children whilst they play and swim.

Featuring a large, well-equipped kitchen leading to an open plan dining room and lounge, with Wifi, Smart TV and music docking stations, the ground floor of this airy villa is flooded with light. There is a convenient downstairs cloakroom with double washbasin & wc and a wide, marble staircase leading from the main hall to the upper floors. There is also a fully equipped laundry room.

The 6 spacious bedrooms (including one large family room offering a queen double bed, 2 x single beds & a cot) comfortably sleep 13 guests. All rooms feature independent air-conditioning units. The Otterman Master Bedroom has an Ensuite Wet room. There are also 2 further fully fitted bathrooms (with baths & separate showers and bidet facilities).

Select local restaurants offer a FREE chauffeured taxi service. Additionally, the owner has arranged discounted rates at various Turkish Baths to enable guests to begin their holiday in style, with a free chauffeured taxi there and back.
