The Gardenia apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen,
living room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, the kitchen is equipped with dishes, dishwasher and washing machine, sheets and towels are provided, indoor parking space, garden and outdoor patio for sunbathing during the day and for dining outside in the evening enjoying of the sea below and the thousand lights of the French coast.
From the garden in front of the house, climbing a staircase leads to the upper garden where there is the 4.30x8.50 m swimming pool equipped with sun beds and deck chairs for sunbathing, and where the view of the coast below is truly unique.
The villa to which the Gardenia apartment belongs is situated halfway up the hill facing the sea between Bordighera and Montecarlo, ideally located for planning beautiful walks from Menton to Saint Tropez on the blue coast,
and from Ventimiglia to Alassio on the Italian coast.
Also you can visit the enchanting Ligurian villages, such as Dolceacqua, Apricale, Perinaldo, Baiardo, and where you can taste the typical Ligurian foods in the many typical restaurants. In short, a corner of paradise where you can enjoy a well-deserved vacation. And for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday, you can feel comfortable in the garden around the swimming pool, from which you can enjoy an enchanting view of the French coast to Cap D'Antibes. To visit the Thursday market in Bordighera which takes place on the seafront, with many and characteristic stalls, and then the Friday market on the Ventimiglia waterfront frequented by many French people who even come from Marseille. Perfekter Ort zum Entspannen mit freundlichen Gastgebern, die ihr Anwesen mit großer Sorgfalt pflegen. Wir haben zahlreiche Ausflüge in die abwechslungsreiche Umgebung gemacht. Das dafür unbedingt erforderliche Auto kann auf einem großzügigen Parkplatz geparkt werden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundherum genossen.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille. L’appartement était propre, le cadre et la vue sont superbes.L’endroit est calme. La piscine était top par contre c’est bien de savoir que les enfants n’ont pas le droit de sauter ou de trop éclabousser, ce qui ne les a pas empêcher de bien s’amuse...

We spent our vacation in San Giacomo with the family, just like last year. The accommodation is very nice. Everything you need is available. Breakfast and dinner on the terrace with a view of the sea. A wonderful pool with plenty of sun loungers. We enjoyed it very much.
