Unglaublicher Blick auf das Meer, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr netter und völlig unproblematischer Vermieter. Um das Objekt erreichen zu können ist ein gewisses Maß an Fitness empfehlenswert, allerdings wird man mit einem traumhaften Blick und viel Ruhe belohnt.

Positiv:Toller Pool, Haus hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick, San Lorenzo Al Mare ist ein schöner Küstenort.Negativ:Die Dusche im Badezimmer war ziemlich verschimmelt, die Garage war für unseren Wagen nicht nutzbar, weil ein Motorrad darin stand , die Küche ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen (Der Gasherd hat nur noch 2 funktionsfähige Brenner und man braucht 45 Minuten um Nudelwasser zum Kochen zu bringen

Was een zeer compleet en mooi huis. Zwembad niet verwarmd dus in mei niet bruikbaar. Parasols buiten zijn stuk en vies. De bank in de woonkamer dient echt vervangen te worden. Verder veel kleine dingen die beter kunnen. Nespresso apparaat was defect. Werd direct omgeruild voor een ander tweedehands apparaat.
