The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, a de Longhi fully automatic coffee machine, as well as a microwave, oven / ceramic hob, toaster, kettle and a cozy counter with bar stools in the kitchen area!
The separate living and sleeping area with a view of the garden has a TV, DVD and radio
fitted!
You can enjoy your breakfast in the garden in the sun or in the shade of our walnut tree! In the garden there are two loungers, sufficient seating, a fire basket and a grill for you!
The Ammersee is in about 25 minutes. Reachable on foot, in just 5 minutes you are on the König-Ludwig-Weg and in 15 minutes on the Ammersee-Höhenweg. The bus stop is approx. 50 meters away and a bakery can be reached in 5 minutes.
