Altea is surrounded by olive groves, pine forests and the sparkling blue waters of the Mediterranean.

The apartment is within easy walking distance of the magnificent Church of the Virgen del Consuelo, which can be seen from the terrace.

In front of the church is a beautiful plaza lined with restaurants, cafés and bars, from this point there are numerous meandering streets leading to the beach/promenade area.

Altea has many fiestas throughout the year, with the largest and most famous being the Moors and Christians fiesta in September, there are three days of celebration, this is one festival not to be missed.
