Each bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom.
The dining room accommodates 10 at mealtimes.
There is also a second sitting room, small gym & 2 kitchen area.
The external kitchen area opens into a terrace seating up to 40 people.
Its features an oven, BBQ and bar.
The swimming pool 9x5 with baby pool is situated on the backyard of the villa, surrounded by pines and cypress and olive tree.
Your intimity is granted. The olive tree-ringed garden its always painstakingly well maintained and contains the swimming-pool and a gazebo with table accommodation for 9, and a sheltered stone alfresco eating area, suitable for 8 people to take aperitifs. There is parking space for 3 cars. Owner can prepare a typycal dinner for guests at a very reasonable price, but you can prepare your meals at the half covered terrace equipped with table for 10, gas cooker, barbecue, fridge and owen for pizza and enjoy the calm night of Casalini with a splendid view on Tresa valley.

Ravi de notre séjour à Casalini. Très bon accueil de Dante et Messi. La maison est spacieuse et la piscine impeccable. L’endroit est calme et reposant. Très bien aussi pour les ballades avec le chien. On a pu visiter les principaux sites que nous voulions voir entre Assisi, Orvieto et Sienne. Un grand merci à Dante et Messi pour leur disponibilité.

Lovely holiday house! Perfect place for exploring Tia. We really enjoyed the outside kitchen with the bbq and wood fired oven. The pool was a great space which the kids really enjoyed playing in. AC was a bonus too!

Fantastic villa and location could do with some more plug sockets in the kitchen but that’s a very minor problem if was great especially the BBQ area
