Cosy and sunny villa with private pool in Puglia in the countryside of Putignano, 800 meters far from the centre.
The villa may welcome up to 8 guests with three comfortable bedrooms and living room with sofa bed.
The villa has been recently restored keeping in mind to comfort and function.
The beautifully designed interior with wrought iron and glass details offer a well-lit environment perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. Harmonious in its lines and elegant in its structure, the property, recently restored, reflects in the environments the taste and aesthetic perception of its era/period with small frescoes and floors in original style. In detail the property consist in a living area with 3 seater sofa, TV and coffee corner; a first master bedroom; a second bedroom with two single beds;a third bedroom; a bathroom covered in Bisazza; a living room with sofa bed, fireplace and TV; a large kitchen with dining table for 8 people; a second bathroom with shower. Bathrooms have been made of marble, with shower column with thee and bathtub in place covered with "bisazza" (one of the most authoritative luxury design brands in the production of glass mosaics). The outdoor area is really well restored with a lovely gazebo (patio) with wood tables and chairs and many shaded areas for the peak summer season, and includes a swimming pool (size 12x6 mt) made with fine workmanship, suitable for adults and children and equipped with comfortable sun loungers/chairs. Beautiful property, huge pool, stunning gardens. Really close to centre of town. The property sits on quite a busy road but behind gates and high walls so feels very private. Really well equipped house. The hosts were fantastic - really approachable and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Sehr schöner Garten und ein toller Pool! Alles sauber. Leider konnte die Heizung nicht angestellt werden- es war sehr kalt im Haus.
