The living room features a large window overlooking the building’s inner courtyard, filling the space with pleasant light throughout the day.

The second area contains an independent bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a private bathroom with shower. This room stands out for its charm and historical character, preserving a decorative period fireplace and two original modernist cupboards restored as wardrobes. It also offers a spacious balcony with views, with a small table and chairs where you can enjoy a morning coffee or a drink at sunset.
