Detached villa with garden and heated pool, in first line.
Very comfortable and bright, it has three rooms; two with double beds and another room with two single beds. In the upper part there are two rooms; One double and the other with two single beds, there is also a bathroom with bathtub / shower.
In the lower part is the other double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, the hall, the kitchen well equipped with all appliances and with an osmosis water filtration system; the living room that overlooks a porch that is oriented to the garden and the sea from where to enjoy the wonderful views with incredible sunsets.
It is located in a quiet urbanization but it is recommended to have a car to move to nearby supermarkets and shops.
The heated pool is very nice even for bathing during the winter.
To enjoy the garden and the views, you also have a barbecue with all utensils.
There is also a bathroom with a shower in the garden, a large cellar, a washing machine room and a cleaning room.
You can park up to two cars inside the house.
Pets and smoking are prohibited inside the house.
The house is provided with sets of sheets and towels and free wifi and internet.
