It comprises a large living room with dining area and sitting area with sofa and flat-screen TV (CD and DVD player available), and a separate, modern, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, etc.).
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, ideal for children.
The bathroom is also very modern, with a walk-in shower. The apartment's special feature is that it overlooks 3 different streets in the historic center, so you'll have plenty to see! Next to the kitchen, you'll find a small private balcony offering a beautiful, unobstructed view of the city center and the Place de l'Ancien Tribunal de Poitiers. You're in one of the city's most beautiful neighborhoods, the historic center of Poitiers. You'll find plenty of shops nearby (grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, bars, etc.). Parc du Futuroscope is about 15 min away by car. Please note, however, that the historic center of Poitiers is entirely pedestrianized.
