A cool, quiet farmhouse set in a large park, featuring a spacious, tastefully furnished living room. Air conditioning in 3 bedrooms, several terraces.
* IDEALLY LOCATED: Between the sea and the mountains, 10 km from Calvi, 6 km from the beach (12 min). Close to the hustle and bustle of the shops, the river, the Bonifato mountain cirque, and the coast. Great view of the mountains from above.
Our home is located in southern BALAGNE, also known as “the gardens of Corsica,” one of the most beautiful regions of Corsica and relatively close to the island’s most stunning natural sites: ** the Fango Gorge and delta, *** Scandola Marine Reserve, ** the Révélata Peninsula, ** the Bonifato Forest...
The villages of Balagne are very picturesque; some, such as *** Saint-Antonino (9th century), are well worth a visit.
* COMFORTABLE:
- 4 bedrooms, including 3 with air conditioning:
4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 people in comfortable beds (slatted and latex mattresses)
Bedroom 1 - 1 large double bed 160x200 + 1 cot (if needed).
Bedroom 2 - 1 large double bed 140x200
Bedroom 3 - 2 beds 90x200 or 1 double bed
Bedroom 4 - 2 children’s beds. 90x190
- 2 bathrooms: the house has two bathrooms—a small one on the ground floor and a very large, bright one (15 m²) upstairs with large windows overlooking the garden and a view of the mountains from the bathtub.
* SPACIOUS AND PRACTICAL:
- Large, fully equipped kitchen (5-burner range with a large electric oven featuring a rotisserie, large-capacity fridge/freezer combo, dishwasher, coffee maker, steamer, kettle, toaster, microwave, slow cooker, pots, and pans), fish counter, small kitchen appliances...
- Includes an utility room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, plus a storage room.
- Private, secure, spacious parking with space for boat caravans, windsurfing equipment, inflatable boats, and bicycles.

-Beach kit:
Beach mats, 4 beach towels, 4 foutas, 2 beach umbrellas, goggles, pairs of flippers.
-Hiking package and kit.
2 coolers, picnic blanket, plates, cutlery, and cups, 2 backpacks, 1 pair of binoculars. '

A swing for the little ones, space to play ball or build treehouses with bamboo, safe from the roads.
* MULTIMEDIA:
- Library with books in French and English for adults and children.
- Large flat-screen LCD TV, satellite channels...
- ADSL internet access with Wi-Fi.
- Stereo system with CDs: classical, jazz, “world music,” etc.
* “HOST’S RECOMMENDATIONS”:
Restaurants serving seafood or traditional Corsican cuisine. Visit the vineyards and artisan workshops; swim in the crystal-clear pools of Figarella and Fango. Hikes in the Scandola Marine Reserve. A canoe tour through the Fango Delta followed by a delicious meal featuring vegetable tarts from the garden at the "L'Artigiani" restaurant in Lara, just outside Galeria.
And, of course, swim at the beach of your choice with a cooler filled with a bottle of chilled rosé wine from the Enclave des Anges (Calvi) to enjoy at sunset while watching the aquatic skills of your adorable children as they savour the warmth of balance on summer nights.

casa perfetta per le vacanze tra mare e montagna. Situata in una posizione centrale per visitare il nord ovest della Corsica .
Arredata benissimo e con tutti i comfort circondata dal verde e il silenzio totale.
Ottima connessione Wi-Fi.
Grazie a Yves e alla sua famiglia abbiamo passato 1 splendida settimana.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison au milieu des eucalyptus et des orangers. Le lieu est très calme. La maison, très propre, est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et bien équipée.
Les propriétaires sont des hôtes attentifs, discrets et disponibles.
