The kitchen is fitted and equipped. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a sofa bed is in the main room.
The proximity to the city, the beach, the port, shops, restaurants and bars allows you to do everything on foot.
A real car-free holiday!you can leave your vehicle in a private parking space.
On the terrace you can have your meals and enjoy a view of the park and its hundred-year-old pine trees.
The swimming pool is exclusively reserved for residents (bracelets) open from May to October, supervised in July and August.
A private parking space is reserved for you
Cleaning is extra and mandatory for 80 euros to be paid on arrival.
A deposit of 1000 euros (not cashed) will be requested at the time of handing over the keys and will be returned to you upon your departure if no damage is found

Schönes, ruhiges Appartment mit einem Hauch Pinie in der Luft, da der Balkon direkt am Pinienhain liegt.In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand, in 7 Minuten am Supermarkt Super U und in 15 Minuten in den Restaurants am Hafen und in der Altstadt. Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in toller Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Wohnung alles, was man braucht. Sehr geräumig mit großen Balkon.
