Beautiful 4-room apartment (56m2), on the 4th and last floor of the Residence "Le Cheval Blanc", located in a quiet area of VALFREJUS (Haute Maurienne), 50m from the first shops and 150m from the Charmasson chairlift. The property, furnished and fully equipped for rental, sleeps 10, but we would like to rent it for 8 people. It offers magnificent unobstructed views of the Vanoise massif and consists of:
- an entrance with cupboard
- a bedroom with double bed (140cm), with cupboard and window
- a bedroom with double bed (140cm), with cupboard and window
- a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4), with 2 cupboards and window
- a bathroom with bathtub, sink and WC
- a shower room with shower and sink
- a separate toilet.
The living room (isolated by a door from the sleeping area) is spacious (24m2) and bright. With a roof slope, it offers beautiful volumes and includes:
- an equipped kitchen area (sink, 4-burner electric hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave), and numerous quality kitchen utensils
- a dining area with a large 8-seat table
- a living room equipped with two sofas (i.e. 2 beds of 90 x 190cm) and a large format flat screen television. - 1 wall cupboard - 1 window with Vanoise view
Outdoors
- 1 West facing balcony
House & grounds
- 1 secure ski locker, located on the Ground Floor
Location & surroundings
Located at an altitude of 1550m, the VALFREJUS station has remained on a human scale. It is nestled in a preserved and exceptional mountain environment. This resort also benefits from very good snow cover in winter. Its ski area peaks at more than 2700m with the PUNTA BAGNA chairlift.
In the summer period, you can practice many outdoor activities (mid and high mountain hiking with numerous marked trails including the GR5, mountain bike circuits, climbing, zip lining, via ferrata, equestrian center, archery, mini -golf, fun Addicted Park for children, fun lake on the Charmaix torrent, etc.).

We were 8 people from 3-69 years and hat a great time in valfréjus, the appartment allows to separte from time to time but it also has enough space for all to sit and play/ eat together.
Especially the fact that there are two showers and two toilets in this little space is excellent.
The keybox makes organization also a lot easier.
