Pretty Savoyard style house, full of charm, located on the way to the Roc de Chère nature reserve, 700m from the lake and 300m from the village centre and its shops and restaurants. View of the lake, the castle and the mountains.
With 3 bedrooms and 7 beds, 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets, a laundry room, a pretty living room (with a wood stove) overlooking the garden (barbecue, garden furniture and arbour) and a space to store bicycles.
The garden is enclosed which is very nice for the children and our 4-legged friends.
Parking is 100m away but there is no problem parking in front of the house to load or unload the car.
The location is ideal for walks in the forest, mountain hikes, swimming (at the beach of Menthon or all along the walk along the lake), tourist visits (the castle at 2 kms, Annecy at 9 kms, La Clusaz 25 kms...), the golf course of Talloires is at 1.5 kms. The house is also very pleasant to rest and the path that passes in front is a dead end.

Très jolie maison savoyarde, très cosy, bien équipée, proche du lac (10minutes à pied) située dans un environnement calme et reposant. A 15 minutes en voiture de la vieille ville d Annecy. Jardin entièrement clôturé, parfait pour le chien.Merci à Monsieur Bourgeois pour son accueil et sa confiance. Je recommande !

Bon séjour, literie bonne, localisation top, endroit calme, belle espace extérieur dommage pas trop entretenu, aurait pu être un peu plus propre à l intérieur.

Our family stayed for three weeks and had an excellent stay. The house is ideally located about 10-12min walk from the lake and 5-7min walk from the town with a few excellent restaurants and a great bakery, butcher, etc. We had an incredible stay and the host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
