Pets allowed: Only clean dogs on a leash are allowed (maximum 1 pet per accommodation with a supplement of €11/night).
Towels and bed linen with beds made on arrival are included in your booking, as well as final cleaning (excluding repairs).
A rare find in the residence, this two-room villa sleeps four and boasts one of the most beautiful sea views in the residence. Facing west, it enjoys magnificent sunsets over the bay and is quiet, well-equipped, and air-conditioned.
The air-conditioned and heated villa is laid out as follows:
=> entrance hall with closet,
=> a large bedroom with French windows overlooking the garden (possibility of adding a travel cot) and closet, double bed 140x190.
=> a separate toilet,
=> a shower room (shower & vanity unit and illuminated mirror, towel dryer, hair dryer and straightener)
=> a living room with an exceptional sea view and lounge area: 140x190 sofa bed, closet, flat-screen TV, DVD player with DVDs available, large sliding closet, etc.
and dining area, reversible air conditioning
=> kitchen open to the living room, fitted and equipped (including oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, extractor hood, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, etc.)

Beaches and numerous coves within walking distance...
Direct access on foot (25 minutes) for experienced hikers via the trail to Cupabia beach and the numerous coves bordering the bay, or 5 minutes by car.

Info: in case of late arrival or early departure, a key box system is available for independent arrival for your convenience.

A bakery service (pastries) is available every day in the residence parking lot from 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. for your breakfasts during high season!

Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön gelegen mit fantastischer Aussicht von der Terrasse. Die Anlage mit schönem Pool ist gepflegt. Allerdings ist die Ferienwohnung für 4 Personen sehr klein, die Kücheennische ist sehr klein und nicht geeignet um zu kochen. Die Wohnung war sauber, im Bad allerdings fehlt eine Belüftungsmöglichkeit, wodurch es sehr muffig ist.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Traumhafter Blick von der Terrasse und aus dem Wohnraum, sodass man sich auch bei kühleren Temperaturen oder Regen gut drinnen aufhalten konnte! Tolle Strände in der Nähe allerdings fußläufig ca.30 min. Lediglich die Ausstattung der Küche war etwas spärlich!

Belle mini villa dans un village vacances avec une très jolie vue mer. Serra Di Ferro est un tout petit village sans commerce (mais avec des petits restaurants). La plage Cupabia est magnifique et se situe à 1,5km à pied en sortant par le bas du village vacances ou 2,5km à pied par le sentier en bas de la rue. Sinon à 10-15min en voiture.
