This is a villa of approximately 70 sqm located within a residential complex in an excellent and highly recommended area for relaxation, surrounded by greenery and just 50 meters from the beach.
The villa is spread over two floors and features both indoor and outdoor areas, designed to ensure comfort, functionality, and a pleasant stay.
The indoor area is suitable for accommodating up to 8 guests and is equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure maximum comfort. The layout is functional: on the ground floor there is the living area with two double sofa beds and a half bathroom without a shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds, as well as a full bathroom with all facilities. The rooms are comfortable and designed to accommodate families or groups of friends. In addition, the management is always available to provide assistance, information, or support whenever needed, ensuring a peaceful and worry-free stay.
The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and outdoor living: a covered veranda provides the perfect space to spend most of the day in complete comfort. Outside, guests have access to a barbecue, an outdoor shower, and garden tables and chairs, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors.
The property also includes a convenient private parking area with reserved space for up to two vehicles.

Checkin was a little difficult but once we got there it was incredible! It's a little far from wverytbjnf but it wasn't a problem as we had a car. It's a little hot despite having one AC upstairs. The major con to this place is directly over the fence there is a RV park shower/hangout area. Every night for 5 nights they are very loud until 3/4 am.

I stayed here for a few months during the off season.
Pros:
*beautiful home 5 minutes from the beach. The owner was pretty responsive.
Cons: far from a grocery store with no car.
*in-between the most populated areas

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, vicenzo est vraiment très sympa, accueil aux petits soins. Nous avons un petit de 3 ans et le logement est très bien adapté, bien chauffé, même si il fait 20 degrés en sicile l'hiver ;D nous y étions pour Noël.
