Beautiful and typical apartment with veranda in Puglia for five people of about 80 sqm in the heart of Monopoli's centre, just in front of the famous ancient historic centre.
This apartment is standing only few minutes by walk to the sandy beaches of Monopoli and 300mt away from the Monopoli’s historic centre. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a historic building which has maintained its charming and it is ideal for accommodating up to five guests, both couples or families. Due to its characteristics, it can be rent in every season.
The veranda, equipped with a gazebo, table and chairs, is the ideal place to enjoy unforgettable Apulian summer nights. The apartment is situated just few minutes by foot far away from the amazing beach and long coast and is provides with Wi-Fi Internet connection and central heating in all rooms.
The property is provided with a spacious living area consisting of a double sofa bed, a table, six chairs, a table, heater, an air conditioning split, an electric hob, a kettle, a refrigerator with freezer, a LED tv; a master bedroom, equipped also with two armchairs; a second bedroom from which you access the master bedroom with a matrimonial sofa bed and wardrobe: a bathroom well furnished and equipped with bath/shower; a laundry room with washing machine and iron. The house has been modernized with the utmost care and offers its guests the highest comfort in an authentic setting. The property is perfect to friends group or family with 2-3 children and, although being a few meters from pubs and restaurants, is a quiet place for stay.

Marcella was incredibly helpful from start to finish. The apartment was ground floor (no stairs, yay!) and even larger than expected. No street noise to speak of. The apartment is well equipped, and an easy walk to the old town and a couple of nice beaches. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to Monopoli.

Great apartment that suited our needs. Would definitely stay again.
Well maintained and clean.
The only downside, one of the sofa beds was uncomfortable.
