Magnificent villa of 120 m2 (5 bedrooms) on 1600m2 garden:

The apartment is located at a place called Le bac halfway between the village of Voissière and the village of Chambon/Lac, on a plot of 10 hectares of which 1600 m² are allocated to the villa. The road passes 300m from the house, and access is possible with a private road.
The accommodation is equipped with:
- A kitchen with a large table, chairs, a stove with oven, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, a sink with hot and cold water, a buffet including everything you need for cooking: plates , bowls, cutlery, cookware, coffee maker, kettle, etc.
- A living room with sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, TV and DVD player;
- Five bedrooms:
• 3 bedrooms with double bed (140cm)
• 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and two bunk beds (90 cm)
• 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 cm)
Either 2 to four people per room (two blankets are provided per bed, sheets not provided), a wardrobe, table, chair, bedside lamp
- A storage room with washbasin and WC
- A toilet
- A bathroom with sink and shower
The accommodation is heated with electric heating
It has other elements of comfort such as the exterior with lawn and trees, car park, drying rack and iron, terrace, barbecue with picnic table, swing.
The villa is close to:
- Lac Chambon (2.5km) accessible on foot by path or by road
- The Chaudefour valley and the Puy de Sancy (5 to 7 km)
- The nearest shops are: Chambon sur Lac (bakery); Murol, Besse (all shops)

Emplacement très bien. Les sanitaires meriteraient un coup de neuf. Mais nous avons passé une super semaine avec une météo exceptionnelle

C'était notre 2 ème séjour à la villa du bac.
Nous avons eu plaisir de retrouver ce havre de paix ,dans le jardin on entend la cascade et les oiseaux,un vrai lâcher prise!
Les sapins qui offrent une immense air de jeux naturellement couverte pour les enfants
La maison a de très beaux espaces de vie...
