Separate bedroom with 160 bed (with large closet), Bathroom with WC (walk-in shower), Equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, extractor, washing machine), Dining-living room area with large sofa bed in 160 (80cm flat screen TV, coffee table, desk for two people, kitchen table), Entrance (with large closet). Convenience: Apartment in the heart of the historic center of Bayonne with parking, Beaches of Biarritz and Anglet at 10 minutes, Spain and its "Ventas" at ½ hour, San Sebastian at ¾ hours, mountains at ¾ hours, Market halls 2 minutes, shops, restaurants, cinema in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, Bus stop at 100m. Weekly rate: 300 € to 800 € (Charges included) From Saturday afternoon (5 p.m.) to the following Saturday (10 a.m.) Linens offered (Duvet, duvet cover suitable for sleeping, one towel and bath towel per person, bath mat and dish towels). Covered and monitored parking offered (except 07/28 and 07/29). Allow 0.40 € tourist tax per person per day. The deposit (25%) must be paid upon booking by bank transfer. The balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival in the same way. In addition, 1 uncashed check will be requested upon your arrival: € 500 security deposit which will be returned to you at the end of the stay subject to the accommodation not being damaged (€ 800 deposit for week 31). € 20 cleaning fee will be requested upon arrival. Super séjour à Bayonne dans un magnifique appartement moderne, très pratique, à 2 moins de 2 minutes à pied du centre. Emplacement parking très pratique et sécurisé à moins de 2 minutes à pied.

Merci pour l'accueil du propriétaire dommage que les voisins fassent claquer la porte commune à toutes les heures de la nuit.

Appartement très bien situé.
Location tout à fait convenable pour 4 personnes et bien équipé.
N'étant pas véhiculés la proximité des transports en communs était idéale.
La proximité des commerces (alimentaires ou autres), des restaurants, des bars, est très appréciable également.
