Located on a large wooded plot at the edge of the hamlet of Martiniére, heading towards the Col de Porte (well-cleared road in winter), 3 km from the village, shops, and ski resorts, it offers an unobstructed view of most of the Chartreuse peaks and ideal sunshine. The large terrace allows you to enjoy the sun or shade for most of the day.

Parking space for several vehicles. The property is not fenced, but the vegetation provides good privacy from the road and neighboring properties without obstructing the view. Marked walking trails are nearby (on foot, snowshoes, mountain bikes).
The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
