Take into consideration that this is a small village and there are no supermarket or shops nearby.

Regarding the restaurants, there is a very good one 10 minutes walking from the house, where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Public bus services are not very good in La Gomera, and if you would like to visit and enjoy the island, a car is definitively the best way to do it.

Hiking: The thick laurisilva woodland at Garajonay National Park covers like a green blanket most of the park.

This woodland is a living reliquia of the tertiary and only a few examples are left in some fortunate parts of the planet.
