The flat is centrally located in Penzance and local amenities are all within easy walking distance.
Situated on a beautifully mature, tree lined road that leads straight to the beach in only 5 minutes walk. The space The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is equipped with everything you should need for your stay in Penzance.
There is also a smart TV for nights in.
You can enjoy a range of bars, cafes and restaurants.
Several supermarkets are also within 5-10 minutes walk.
Free parking available in the street right outside the property. Well behaved dogs are welcome with a fee of £20/dog (max 2).
It is on the condition they are not allowed on the soft furnishings or in the bedrooms. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole flat and small front garden. Had everything we needed. Clean & well presented. Road side parking space was pot luck, found a space most days but was frustrating when returning on a busy day.
