The flat is centrally located in Penzance and local amenities are all within easy walking distance.
Situated on a beautifully mature, tree lined road that leads straight to the beach in only 5 minutes walk. The space The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is equipped with everything you should need for your stay in Penzance.
There is also a smart TV for nights in.
You can enjoy a range of bars, cafes and restaurants.
Several supermarkets are also within 5-10 minutes walk.
Free parking available in the street right outside the property. Well behaved dogs are welcome with a fee of £20/dog (max 2).

Had everything we needed. Clean & well presented. Road side parking space was pot luck, found a space most days but was frustrating when returning on a busy day.
