Charming village house, located in Villafranca in the east of the island.
This house has been recently renovated in a Mallorcan style, with local materials, it is an ideal property to enjoy with the family the most beautiful time of the year.
The house is distributed over two floors, it has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has two single beds.
There is also a playroom with large windows overlooking the terrace.
All rooms are air-conditioned. Outside, you have a magnificent Saltwater swimming pool and a barbecue at your disposal. We have fiber optics with high speed Internet to be able to telework (100 megabytes).
It is a sustainable house: it is isolated, has aerotermia, solar panels, recycling and composting.
It is worth mentioning that the holiday home has a charging station for electric cars. Important notice In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age. Per day and person, the tax is from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half.
The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash.
Payment is compulsory. Smoking allowed outside Air conditioner available 24 hours Fiber optic internet, ideal for working from home. A welcome basket is provided with every booking.
We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday. 24h availability for any kind of questions and assistance. This chalet can accommodate babies.
Cot and high chair included on request at no extra cost. Please inform us a few days before your arrival about your estimated time of arrival (flight/boat number if applicable) in order to organise the handover of the keys together. VAT and final cleaning included.
Events are not allowed Vilafranca de Bonany is a tranquil, authentic village in the centre of Mallorca.
In just a few steps you can reach the village centre with some basic services such as a grocery shop, a few good restaurants and cafés.
In Manacor or Sineu you will find larger supermarkets, more restaurants and shopping. A trip to Palma de Mallorca with its famous cathedral, museums and great gastronomic offer is highly recommended. Those who like to spend time on the beach will find many beautiful bays and beaches in Cales de Mallorca, Cala Santanyi or the tourist coastal town of Cala Millor.
The renowned museum of the famous tennis idol Rafa Nadal is only 10 km away.
The airport is a 40-minute drive away.

Eine wunderschöne Wohlfühloase, wo die Bilder alles das Versprechen, was es live tatsächlich gibt. Trotz der Lage an der Hauptstraße bekommt man im hinteren Teil des Hauses und im Garten garnichts davon mit. Durch die perfekte Lage auf der Insel ist innerhalb von 30min fast jeder Punkt der Insel erreichbar.

Alles, het huis was super netjes en alles was aanwezig. De tuin is prachtig! We zijn eind september op vakantie gegaan en hadden elke dag zon van 10 uur tot 18 uur. De communicatie met de verhuurder verloopt ook heel vlot. Elke vraag werd snel beantwoord. Tegenover de winkel ligt ook een winkel dus ...
