In a secure village (access by digicode), comprising 640 circular houses facing south, built on the dune ridge.
House of 68m2, recently renovated, comprising: an entrance with "sleeping area" consisting of 2 bunk beds, a living room with open fitted and equipped kitchen, a double bedroom (bed 140), a second bedroom equipped with a deck bed (140 downstairs + 90 upstairs), a shower room, a separate toilet, a storage shed.
All overlooking the garden.
That is a total capacity of 7 beds.
The house has a fibre connection via SFR box and a 50-inch TV screen.
Arbour, teak garden furniture, 3 deckchairs and electric BBQ. Included in the rental: 2 adult "beach cruiser" type bikes + 1 24-inch children's mountain bike.
Pets welcome, but dogs must be kept on a leash within the village.
Like the whole village, the house has direct access to the beach (classified as a blue flag).640 circular houses, surrounded by vegetation and paths.
Particularly quiet and safe place, ideal for children who will also be able to enjoy 2 tennis courts.
Funfair for the little ones and artisanal operation a few minutes away by bike (summer season). Small shopping centre at the entrance of the village.
Finally, for water sports enthusiasts, the village is close to famous spots such as Eole, La mine, Le goulet and the world-famous spot of La Franqui (15 minutes by car), as well as one of the most beautiful windsurfing clubs in France, the Wesh Centre Crew, of Julien Taboulet and Caroline Barbeau.
