The EDEN project is located in the Gargano National Park, 3 km from Rodi Garganico and 600 metres from the sea, on a hill overlooking the adjacent citrus grove, which offers a unique panorama where the eye takes in the green of the pine trees, olive trees, and orange trees, until it reaches the endless blue of the sea. It has been fully renovated and is part of an historic building dating back to 1857 (during the summer months, it serves a different purpose. Even the owner lives there). This EDEN apartment is laid out as follows: a living room with a sofa bed and plenty of space, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and plenty of space in front of the apartment equipped with a seating area, an outdoor table, and chairs. The decor is very nice and the apartment is fully equipped with all amenities. For getting around, it is important to have a car or other means of transport. Cots are available at no extra cost. The price, as listed in the price list, does not include: water, electricity, and natural gas. MANDATORY DEPOSIT: €100.00 / €200.00. Additional guests, per week: June and September €50.00 / €70.00; July and August €100.00. Final cleaning: €60.00 (excluding the kitchen) OPTIONAL EXTRAS: Bedding, per person, per week or per change: €7.50; Towels, per person, per week or per change: €7.50; KITCHEN SUPPLIES, per week or per change: €7.00. In the same building, on the ground floor, in another apartment, the SKY (sleeps 2–4) is listed on Homelidays under ref. no. 401.381.

A Villa Maria Manicone abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa. La location è immersa nel verde con una vista spettacolare sul mare, Maria è stata super accogliente, ha esaudito ogni nostra richiesta con premura e attenzione. Die Wohnung hat genug platz für 5 Personen. Es gibt eine tolle Terrasse mit Meerblick und Maria die Gastgeberin steht immer für Fragen und Wünsche bereit. Preis/Leistung passt sehr gut. Wir werden wieder kommen. Riesen Dankeschön an Maria für die tolle Zeit.
