The Domaine des Coutelleries welcomes you to its cottage in Sallertaine, a 'Ville et Métiers d’Art' in Vendée, set on 5 hectares of land surrounded by meadows.
It features a heated swimming pool, SPA, hammock, playground, pétanque court, plancha brazier barbecue, and is close to the sea. Enjoy comfortable accommodation in the countryside, quiet and in a preserved, tree-filled and green setting. Deer frolic among themselves and regularly come to greet you.
You can also enjoy our horses 'Petitou,' 'Tana,' 'Doudou,' and 'Caprichio' in one of the meadows, our Ouessant sheep, and our chickens. You'll appreciate the natural setting while being just 2 minutes from Leclerc in Challans, 15 minutes from Saint-Jean de Monts (beach), 20 minutes from Saint-Hilaire de Riez (Vendée coastline), 30km from the island of Noirmoutier.... ******* Important Information ******* Bed linen and kitchen towels are included. Beds are made upon your arrival. Good news: starting from 01/23/2026, we include 1 large towel per person for all new bookings. For reservations made before this date, the "towels" option still applies. Optional and upon request: - large bath towel: €5.5 - small bath towel: €4 - pool towel: €6.5 The cottage is non-smoking and must be returned clean and in the same condition as upon arrival. High-speed Wifi (fiber optic connection) If you book for a weekend, the departure time on Sunday is at your convenience. The accommodation is entire and independent with its terrace and 2500m2 of garden and orchard. Note that the swimming pool is shared with the second cottage for 4 people on the 5ha site (also available on Abritel). The playground is also accessible by this second cottage. Everything is designed for excellent cohabitation between the 2 cottages given the very large spaces. The spa, with a view of the horses and included in the rental, is accessible and open all year round from 9 am to 9 pm by reservation, for private 45-minute sessions. Note that the cottage is designed for a maximum of 14 people, including babies. The security deposit is 850€ and will be requested online through Swikly 10 days before your arrival.

Tres bien. Le gite n est loin de rien...mais près de rien non plus. La mer un peu loin...Une meteo triste malheureusement car le cadre du gite a l air top.

A beautiful gite in stunning countryside and including plenty of space around the property. We all enjoyed the swimming pool and the children (4-7 years) also greatly enjoyed the play area in the gite’s grounds.
