The 80 m² holiday flat is located on the first floor of a five-storey residential building in a gated community just a few metres from the coast, the harbour and the train station of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres. The house was last renovated in 2013 and offers space for six people.
From the living room you have access to the balcony. Here you will find a table and chairs as well as an awning for sunbathing and you can enjoy the views of the communal swimming pool. The residential complex has a total of two communal swimming pools, one of which is suitable for adults and the other especially for children. There are also communal table tennis tables and a mini golf course. You can park your car in the complex's own car park.
The flat has three bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a double bed (1,50 x 2,00 m), one with a bunk bed (each 0,90 m x 1,90 m) and the third with a single bed and an extra bed (each 0,90 m x 1,90 m), which is located underneath the single bed. The two brightly tiled bathrooms are equipped with shower, washbasin and WC. The bright kitchen is also equipped with a ceramic hob with oven, fridge freezer, microwave and coffee machine. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and iron in the adjoining room. The living room has a dining table and chairs for six people, as well as a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a ceiling fan. Free WiFi is also available in the flat. Small dogs are allowed.
Shops, the port and the nearest train station are about 100 metres away. There are regular trains to Barcelona from the station. There are also restaurants within 100 metres and the centre of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres is approximately 1 km away. The flat is ideal for a beach holiday with the option of visiting Barcelona.
