This wonderful property sits in the hills facing south.
It offers you glorious views towards St.
Cezaire as well as the Mediterranean.
In the summer, there is always a lovely breeze which makes the house very comfortable on hot days.
Cannes is 30 min.
Nice 40 min. drive. There is so much to do in the area- including visiting many lovely French villages (Cabris, Peymeinade, Speracedes, Grasse).
The drive to Montauraux is breathtaking.
Lac de St Cassien is not too far and Gorge de Verdon is also a good day trip.
It is a paradise for walkers as well as bicyclists. The house is spacious and ideal for 2 or 3 families sharing. (for example one family downstairs, 1 family in the left wing upstairs and one in the rightwing upstairs). On the ground floor you find a living room with fireplace, dining room, in between these two rooms is a kitchen with a lovely view over the hills and sea.

There is also a summer living area with comfortable sofas and chairs.
Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms and 2 shower/wc rooms.
The pool has sun all day and also enjoys stunning views.
The house is surrounded by 5000 sq meters of gardens filled with olive trees.
There is also a play area for kids with its own little garden house. While groups of young people are very welcome, please note I have strict rules about parties and noise in the evening after midnight and will take a larger deposit.

Une semaine incroyable dans une maison spacieuse, très bien entretenu et décorée, avec une vue magnifique. Un accueil parfait de la part du propriétaire David. Je recommande à ceux qui veulent profiter du calme ou qui veulent se retrouver seuls entre amis ou famille. Des hôtes extrêmement gentils et toujours disponible. Foncez !

Wer Erholung abseits von Trubel sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir waren mit sechs Erwachsenen und drei Kindern für zwei Wochen hier. Das Haus hatte mehr als genug Platz für uns.
